Shipping & Returns

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). We may use express courier or registered post service at our discretion and in both cases we will provide tracking details to you by email or phone.

Transit time vary with destinations. For metro areas like Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane it can be as fast as the next business day. It takes longer in regional areas and if you need an estimate of the tranist time to your area please feel free to send us your enquiry.


Flat rates apply to all orders shipped within Australia.

-Massage Tables: $40 per order
-All Other Items: $15 per order
-Free shipping for orders over $1000 in value.


For your peace of mind insurance is included. Should you notice any damage to the goods or package, please report to us immedicately and make a note with the courier before signing for your goods.


If after a purchase you change your mind, you may return the goods for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Refund is to the extent of sale price provided the box has not been opened. If the box has been opened, a 30% restocking/handling charge will apply. You are responsible for sending the goods back to us in original packaging and condition. Refund will be issued after the returned goods is received and inspected.
